Everyone has their own method on installing frames for samsung. However not all are safe as some methods can damage the screens internally. We will show you a method as close as possible to Samsung’s method without buying expensive machines.
Common Problems Due to Incorrect methods (using Glue)
Internal bleeding of the OLED indicates the digitizer layer has split from the OLED layer. This is caused by an uneven surface putting pressure behind the screen. Usually due to glue, small glass or left over adhesive on the frame.
Solution: Use original samsung frame sticker only & 3M Primer 94 adhesive promoter.
Step 1) Make sure all old adhesive sticker, broken glass and old back sticker has been removed and wiped down with a bit of alcohol
Step 2) Apply 3M primer 94 to the surface of the frame & the back surface of the glass. Let it dry for 30 seconds.
Step 3) Heat up the adhesive with a heatgun or hot air gun slightly before mating the screen to the frame. Always earpiece hole in first to get the perfect alignment then laying the home button side last.
Step 4) Place the screen face down on a hot plate or a ipad heat mat and put medium pressure on the top and bottom end of the screen for 20-30 seconds.

Updates to our Warranty Policy
– Returned RMA Samsung screens should not have any evidence of glue used. The use of glue will void your warranty under all circumstances.
– Purple internal bleeding symptoms is not covered by our warranty policy as this is caused by external damage.
– Broken lcd corners is not covered by our warranty policy under any circumstances.
